The ground floor has an open concept floor plan, where an elegant living room connects to the modern and well equipped kitchen and the dining space, perfect for both formal and casual meals with family and friends. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom. This level opens up to the spacious terraces that feature a large swimming pool with a pergola-covered outdoor dining area, a solid dining table, Bbq and comfortable sun beds. The lower ground floor provides you with an elegant living room and a kitchenette, toilet, sauna and a fitness room. This part of the house can function as a separate housing unit. The upper floor of the house consists of three bedrooms (two of them with private toilets), all with a beautiful sea view (overlooking the Trogir bay, island of Čiovo, city of Split and Kaštela), two balconies and a large terrace. All major rooms open onto a patio, balcony or terrace, where one can dine, sunbathe or lounge undisturbed.
