Admire the view of the Mediterranean sea from the terrace of this elegant and modern apartment. Actually, the sea will be present during all your stay since the area is one of the very few in the Barcelona coast where the train and the road are not between you and the sea.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy the view with a book and a drink while you check your kids playing at the beach.
Check my other twin apartment next door if you want to book for two families or groups!
Comfortable front line beach apartment in Sant Pol de Mar, a charming Catalan village.
On the second floor of a four-storey building with elevator. The road between you and the beach is pedestrian only so it is very quiet and safe.
In the village, you’ll find everything at walking distance: several groceries, restaurants, bars, newsstand and railway station ( a direct train takes you to the very centre of Barcelona in less than an hour or to the Barcelona airport ).
When in the living room or kitchen all you can see is the Mediterranean Sea and the blue sky. To see the sunrise is worth waking up early in the morning!
The apartment has 3 bedrooms ( 2 doubles, 1 single ), 2 bathrooms both with bathtub and toilet, living / dining room, Wifi, flat Smart Tv with Dvd, renewed equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, washing machine, board games, a large balcony with deck chairs on the seaside and a private parking in the same building. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella.
We are fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan.

Sant Pol de Mar is an example of a Mediterranean village, with its narrow streets and whitewashed with staggered and cut costs for clean beaches and granulated sailors who remember their origins.
You will have a parking for your car in the same building an step away from the elevator. Also, a walking distance from the train station that takes you to the very center of Barcelona in 50 minutes or to the airport in an hour and a half.
It’s one of the very few spots at the Barcelona coast where the railway and the road is not between the terrace and the beach. You won’t hear or see a car or train! Only you and the sea!
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to Property Manager’s property damage policy.
