Built over three buildings and two levels, the holiday rental is a charming and very private Saint-Barth’s house with superb views on the surrounding hills. Guests feel comfortable in the spacious and airy white living room with turquoise cushions. The sofa is perfect to relax in front of the opening onto the covered terrace. At the back, a romantically inspired dining room is next to the well-equipped kitchen with a central island where you can cook and talk.
Take a few steps and find a second living room perfectly arranged under the covered terrace, with cushions and nice wicker furniture. Whenever you wish to have a meal outside, choose to taste the delicious dishes prepared by you or by a private chef around the large wooden table with benches under the pergola. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
