This professionally designed and decorated, 5/5.5 Vacation Home with 5 En-suites and a Pool Bath is located in Windsor Island Resort, is completely brand new Large master bedroom with a king bed and garden tub in the master bathroom. 2nd bedroom come with a queen bed, the 3th bedroom with a King bed and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. Last but not least this bedroom come with a bunk bed and an exquisite decoration of Mickey. Amazing loft area with a sofa, arcade game and a hockey table. You will be able to enjoy Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool!!! It is located close to Disney parks, in a Resort Community with a tennis court, community pool and playground. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants! Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C. The minimum age required is 18. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
