Yacht Club Villas #2-705 is a lovely 3BR/3BA spacious condo located on the 7th
floor with amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway. This property has been
completely renovated with all new flooring, new furniture and has been freshly
painted. It is nicely decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your
vacation in this beautiful location. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a
great breakfast bar overlooking the dining area. The living room is very
spacious with comfortable furniture and a large Flat Screen TV to enjoy your
favorite shows. You will love this place!
The Primary bedroom is off the living room and has two queen beds with an en
suite bathroom with a soaking tub with separate shower. There is balcony
access and awesome views too. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds with its own

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
