The home offers an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining and fully furnished! Enjoy your evenings in your swimming pool overlooking the small lake. Beautifully furnished bedrooms gives room for all. With a family room and a living room. Plus a game room for all to enjoy! This is an excellent vacation home for your family and friends. This is a Paradise Island home... Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees. There are surveillance cameras outside of the property. BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed The minimum age required is 18. Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability. NO landline phone is provided

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
