The Townhouse is superbly located just 150 from the sea and the famous Sliema seafront promenade, a 10 min walk to Sliema Fron and the Valletta Ferry. It’s 5 mins walk to Balluta bay and all that St Julian’s has to offer. Surrounded by great restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, from the best Maltese and Sicilian home cuisine to the best French bakery to the east of Paris to the best Sushi to the most amazing vegan and vegetarian food, Sliema has it all. Things To Know


Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • No Smoking - As per above the Townhouse is strictly no smoking. Our cleaning service charge me €350 if they detect that smoking has taken place for an ultra-deep cleaning service, and I have to pass this fee on to you if that were to occur I'm afraid ;(
  • Security Deposit - As you will have seen from the listing, I've furnished my place with top quality furnishings and expensive equipment to maximise your enjoyment during your stay. To protect that investment, I ask that prior to or at Check-in, in addition to providing a copy of your photo ID / Passport (which is a requirement of the authorities), that you allow me to take a pre-authorisation of up to €500 on a credit or debit card to cover any possible damage outside of normal wear and tear or the odd broken cup or glass as I know accidents do happen. No funds are actually charged against your card and the pre-authorisation is automatically cancelled after you leave, once the apartment has been checked and found clear of damage. I hope you understand and can agree to this house rule.
  • No Commercial Use - My place is for domestic use only. Any commercial use without our prior written agreement will result in your deposit being forfeited and additional charges being levied.
