A perfect mountain retreat, The Knotty Pine is a charming log cabin with three sleeping areas and two bathrooms located just minutes from downtown Blowing Rock. This is a two-level cabin with a queen bed in each sleeping area, accommodating six guests. Moses Cone Memorial Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are less than 10 minutes away, and Grandfather Mountain is just 25 minutes. This comfortable cabin offers an open floor plan and two bedrooms on the main level. There is a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and comfy leather furniture. The kitchen includes stainless appliances, a tiled island with bar stools, and the dining table beyond. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
