The Space:
The updated space features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and full view out to the ocean, also a built in desk for those that are working from home abroad right now. The second bedroom features two twin beds that can also be converted into a king bed, lots of closet space. A beautifully updated passthrough kitchen with full sized appliances, beautiful parota wood cabinetry, and washer/dryer. The open concept living dining space flows nicely out to the terrace and unprecedented, unobsturcted views out to the Pacific. You’ll love life at the beach with all the comforts of home.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
