Welcome to Villa Akbal, a brand new villa with private swimming pool, or Villa number 1 out of 5 similar units. Located in famous Chicxulub Puerto, at km 10.5 and 2 blocks from the beach, this new development offers the right place to relax far from the noise and pollution of the city. We are open to accept a few months rentals, so feel free to ask us about the monthly rent.
Villa Akbal has highest quality furniture, furnishings and decorations on the local market, including high speed internet, which is a rare finding at the beach in Yucatán.
The Space:
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and share a bathroom on the same level. There is a 2nd full bathroom on the groundfloor.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
