The Home
Located in the city centre, our two-bedroom apartament has one double room and one single room. It also has two full bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen that allows our guests to prepare their own meals. It is the perfect place for a group of friends or a family looking to stay in a busy area of the city.
The flat has a washer-dryer as well as Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning. It is located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla and the Sant Antoni district.
The flat is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival.
Parties and stag/hen parties are not allowed.
The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 5.5€ per adult (over 16 years old) per night up to a maximum of seven nights. PLEASE NOTE: FROM 1 APRIL THE CITY TAX IS 5.5€/ADULT/NIGHT (MAXIMUM 7 NIGHTS).

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
