Our apartment is located near (5-10 mins walk) to Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Kuala Lumpur Tower. You can also have a great view of KLCC (the top part) and KL Tower from SKY POOL.

There are 2 train stations which only requires 3 mins of walking
1) LRT- Dang Wangi Station
2) Monorail - Bukit Nanas Station which is very convenient for you to travel around.

Our apartment comes with great facilities especially the SKY POOL and easy transport all over KL City.

Our apartment comes with 1 bedroom and attached bathroom with bath tub which can accommodate up to 3 people. One king size bed for 2 person and we will arrange a single bed for the 3rd person.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Security deposit Rm300 will be collect before check in
  • To use the apartment for the purpose of accommodation only. We are not allowed other purposes other than declared, for example friends **visiting, gathering events, party, celebration, photo shoot or video shooting** in the apartment. Management reserved the right to take any action it deems necessary if any guest violates the policy.
  • Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and there is additional charges for that
  • House Rules
  • Penalties RM200 per incident incurred by the building management if any of the rules break.

  • Each reservation comes with one complimentary parking lot during the stay. Parking lot: Level B1-B5, non-reserved parking lot.
  • Only allowed the number of guest checks in according to Guest Itinerary. Please take note that there is charges for additional guest.
  • Rubbish is not allowed to be placed anywhere outside of the unit. Rubbish needs to be thrown into the bin at the refuse room.
  • Any damage or lost in the unit and building common area caused by guest would be charged.
  • Any damage or lost of access key card will be penalty of RM300 per piece.
  • Guest shall be liable to any penalty imposed by Platinum Suites Management Office for any violations of rules and regulations (with email proof) and penalty need to be borne by guest.
