Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. Lost of Access Card & Keys - five hundred myr
- 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and whole building. Penalty of five hundred myr will be imposed if found smoking smell in the room and common area.
- 3. Durian is strictly prohibited in the apartment and whole building. Penalty of five hundred myr will be imposed if there is any durian smell in the room.
- 4. Rubbish is NOT ALLOWED to placed anywhere outside the room. Rubbish need to be thrown at the refuse room (please refer to the map behind the main door). five hundred myr Penalty.
- 5. Wearing of mask is compulsory in the building and maximum of 4 person to be in the lift. five hundred myr
- 6. Refundable Security Deposit offive hundred myr is required upon check in.
- Penalty offive hundred myr will be imposed if found any violation of the above.
- Building Management Office have the rights to collect the penalty amount if found any violations.
