The Location - Be amazed at the location with the ocean and beach so close. Across the road and down the stairs and you are the Sea Caves and a smaller hidden area of Caves Beach to explore during the low tide. Further along the shoreline is the Surf Life Saving Club, Stuart Chalmers Park, the main area of Caves Beach where you can enjoy the many BBQ facilities and picnic areas and watch the waves roll in. You will be spoilt for choice by the number of beaches to visit, with Hams Beach (2.4kms) and Pinny Beach (8kms) also close by.
Less than a five minute drive away there’s plenty restaurants and cafes as well and IGA supermarket and bottleshop. All under ten minutes away are neighbouring suburbs Swansea, Pinny Beach, Little Pelican, Marks Point and Murrays Beach.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
