Villa Roza is located in the small town of Lovinac, which is in the hinterland of the beautiful city of Zadar. Lovinac is located in an ideal location that provides peace and quiet and a rural idyll with a view of the Velebit mountain, and yet accessibility to all amenities because it is 9 km from the sea and 15 km from the center of Zadar.
Villa Roza is a fully air-conditioned and modernly decorated new facility that can host 6 + 2 people in 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and one room is equipped with two single beds. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms, allowing for additional privacy. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
