This beautiful, detached villa is about as close as you can get to the sea without getting your feet wet! Its private garden has direct access to Quinta Spiaggia beach. With panoramic sea views and plenty of outside space, the villa, which can sleep 5 people, is an idyllic holiday base in this popular part of Sardinia.
The contemporary architecture brings the sea into the house, with large glass doors opening onto shaded balconies. The spacious living space/dining area is furnished with two sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. The veranda has a second seating area where guests can relax and gaze out to see. Steps lead down to the private garden, full of lush local trees and plants.
The open-plan kitchen is adjacent to the living area and equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. A glass door leads from the kitchen to a second covered balcony. This is furnished with a dining table, chairs and BBQ, for relaxed meals al fresco.
