Welcome to Cooinda!
Cooinda is on 10 acres of steep terrain at the edge of the Otways rain forest, perched high in the hills with views through to the ocean. Wild Dog Creek meanders down the gully spilling into the sea at Pirates Cove.
The house is on mains power (green energy), instantaneous gas hot water and tank rain water supply. The water is safe to drink and delicious! It is circulated through the property by pump which simply needs to be switched on at arrival and off at departure.
The main living area of the house is open-plan with windowed-doors that open up completely onto the massive entertainment deck with 2 BBQs, open-fire place (BYO wood) & sheltered seating. Additional stools are available along the outside breakfast bar with views in all directions of the picturesque Otways & blue ocean scape.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
