This is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Reid - right next to Canberra’s city centre and conveniently close to just about everything! Restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping centre and Lake Burley Griffin are all within short walking distance. It’s a great place to stay while you’re in Canberra - be that for business or leisure. Please check the full listing information as it shoud answer most of your questions. This apartment is located on the second level of the building, with lift access. It has a large living space, separate bedroom, and a separate bathroom/laundry. BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You are welcome to use the fully-equipped kitchen during your stay. It has: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and complete set of cutlery - toaster - electric kettle - microwave We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use and Chromecast. There is also central heating and air conditioning in the apartment. LAUNDRY AREA: A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. COMMON AREA: Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival. There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! As a developing residential suburb, some construction noise from the ongoing works across the street and renovation works in the building between the hours of 6am to 8pm, 7 days a week including holidays, can be anticipated and might affect your stay. As the construction works is currently in the digging phase, the property may not be suitable for working from home guests. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
