Conveniently located in the inner Belconnen suburb of Scullin, this is a spacious house that will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Situated in a quiet residential area, the house is superbly appointed for a comfortable stay.
Most of the house has been newly renovated and is presented to a beautiful standard.
Located in close proximity to the Belconnen town centre, it is also close to Canberra University, GIO Stadium, and 15 minutes to the city centre.
BEDROOM:
House has 4 bedrooms with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
Up to eight people can be accommodated very comfortably in the forth bedrooms -
Master bedroom - King bed

Bedroom 3 - queen bed
Bedroom 4 - queen bed
Bedroom 5 - queen bed; located at the external extension to the main house and is accessed externally.
BATHROOM:
There are two bathrooms plus a separate toilet, including the large, stunning, newly renovated ensuite off the master bedroom. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. Toilets also electronic bidet (Japanese style - cleaning rinse option) with control panel.
LIVING ROOM:
There are two separate living areas providing plenty of space. Both provide large lounge suites and large 65" Smart TVs. There’s also MP3 System in lounge.
The rumpus room has a gorgeous sunny aspect looking out to the rear yard and receives an abundance of warmth and sunlight.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM:
The kitchen is brand new and a glorious space to cook up a storm. Our guests will have use of the beautifully appointed and fully stocked kitchen including:
- large fridge/freezer
- induction cooktop
- crockery and cutlery
- electric oven
- dishwasher
- microwave
- espresso machine
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

HEATING AND COOLING:
The house stays beautifully warm through the very effective ducted gas heating. In addition, the tiled floors through the main house and the ensuite bathroom have under-tile heating.
The back rumpus room and the bedroom have split cycle heating and cooling systems. The 5th bedroom (accessed externally) also has its own split cycle heating and cooling system.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
Our guests have the entire house to themselves, which includes off-street parking for 3-4 cars.
BBQ:
We don’t advertise our property having BBQ however, when you arrive, you will see that we have BBQ and may be excited to use it. Please don’t. :) It’s non-operational at the moment as it needs restoration.

I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Situated in inner Belconnen, the house is very close to the Belconnen town centre and access to the city centre (10 minute drive). University of Canberra and GIO stadium are both nearby, as is Calvary public and private hospital. Braddon – Canberra’s ever-changing shopping and foodie precinct is also only a 15 minute drive away.
The local Hawker shops are 900m away and provide a Woolworths and BWS and other conveniences such as a chemist, newsagency and bakery - all with parking right at the door.
The Belconnen Town Centre and Westfield Belconnen are just a 5 minute drive away. This is one of Canberra’s largest shopping centres, where you will find the usual leading retailers such as; Myer, Target, Kmart, Witchery, Dymocks, Pandora and Priceline to name a few. A large Hoyts cinema complex is also located here.
There is a large food court, supermarkets - Coles, Woolworths and Aldi - and smaller independent providers such and fruit and vegetables, butcher, seafood and bakery. Dan Murphy’s is also located in the centre.
The Belconnen Fresh Food markets are just a 5 minute drive, with the majority of the stores open Wednesday - Sunday. Lots of fresh food options as well as butchers, asian speciality, liquor (First Choice) and cafes and a range of eateries.
We have a comprehensive Welcome Book which provides lots of great information on local area including dining, cafes and clubs.
Bus services are nearby and will take you to Belconnen in 5 minutes.
Canberra Cabs and Uber are both easily available.
You can access most major amenities in Canberra within 15-20 minutes by car.

Gardeners attend the house on a regular schedule. Guests booking the house acknowledge they may attend during their stay. There is no internal access required, just external maintenance works.
