Salt Haus 30A is nestled in Seagrove Beach, along County Highway 30A. Our boutique vacation rental is the perfect central resting point to experience all that 30A has to offer. Beachside and steps from the shore, our condo is also a short walk or bikeride away from nearby shops, restaurants, and experiences.
Here you can start off your morning with a cup of Nespresso, cozied up in the hanging rattan chair watching the waves, spend the day in the sun with provided & high-end beach equipment, take a luxe shower and dry your hair with the Dyson, enjoy a sunset picnic with a glass of wine in hand, make a fresh dinner using the high end cookware, whip up a round of cocktails in the bar area, play board games on the couch, or turn on a favorite movie on the Frame TV. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
