No shoes are needed at “A Barefoot Retreat” in the lovely Shipyard section of the historic Truman Annex private community. This two-bedroom, one-bath, second-floor condo will feel like your own tropical home the minute you walk through the door. Take in the soothing blues and yellows of the living room, complete with a queen sleeper, two comfy chairs, and large flat-screen TV.
Check out the restful bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with twins, perfect for a family (or can be converted to a king, if needed). Head to the gleaming kitchen to mix a Mojito and take a seat on the upper deck to enjoy the view of the surrounding lush landscape. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
