The Location - This unit is situated at the front of the complex of Victory Court. The building is set amongst gardens and parklands at the end of a cul de sac and just 200 metres along a garden path to Little Beach for calm water swimming, shaded picnic areas, BBQ’s, children’s play ground and boat ramp. Also just a 200m walk the other way you will arrive at the Western end of Shoal Bay Beach, a pristine beach of white sands and clear blue waters, here you can hire kayaks and paddle boards in the summer months. Nelson Bay CBD is a short 2km drive with a selection of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops or amuse yourself down at the Marina with one of many dolphin watch cruises or boat hires.
The Unit - This tastefully decorated unit with light filled interiors is your next holiday getaway. With open plan kitchen, dining and living area this unit offers you an inviting and comfortable holiday stay. The unit also comes with Wifi and a flat screen smart TV and ceiling fans throughout, plus heaters for the cooler months.The living area leads out to a balcony offering the use of a gas BBQ and outdoor furnishing, here you can enjoy a drink or alfresco meal while enjoying the distant water views. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods).
There are three bedrooms at the unit, the master bedroom offers a king size bed with an ensuite, and the other two house a double in one and a set of bunks and a single bed in the other, there is also a small cot stored at the premises (BYO linen for the cot). The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath and the internal laundry comes with a washing machine, dryer and a bar fridge for drinks.
