This centrally located holiday home is located a short stroll to the clear waters of Shoal Bay and all that Shoal Bay has to offer.
This holiday home is beautifully furnished with the views to the serene outlook available from most of the rooms. The amazing Queensland room has a recently renovated deck and is the entertainers delight backing on to the tranquil backyard. A large attraction for the holiday with pull down fly screens from top to floor, is equipped with a outdoor lounge, outdoor dining and gas barbeque. It is partly covered for your protection, or alternatively you can enjoy the warmth of the sunlight during winter in the area that is uncovered.
The home is perfect for families, friends and small children. Offering 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a Queen bed, brand new ensuite, a built-in robe and access to the rear deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in robe and access to the deck. The third bedroom has two single beds and door access to the deck and the fourth bedroom is a queen bed and situated to the front of the home. Each of the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The home has two recently renovated bathrooms and a large kitchen to accommodate all your culinary needs. There is Free Wi-Fi available throughout the property. The kitchen leads to the Queensland room, which makes access to utensils and requirements very easy when utilising the outdoor room.
The fully fenced yard is ideal for children or pets and provides a lovely leafy outlook which adds to the ambiance of the location. Please note this house welcomes small to medium sized dogs who are to be kept outside.
Air conditioning in the lounge, main bedroom, and lounge/dining area will provide comfort during the warm or colder weather. The laundry is equipped with a Washing Machine & Dryer and has external access in the backyard. The single lock up garage is available for your use with extra parking in front. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
