The Location - This modern apartment is located in ’The Shoal’ opening in December 2016. Situated one street back from popular Shoal Bay Beach and to many cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Shoal Bay beach is a lovely pristine beach good for swimming and you can hire kayaks and paddle boards in the high season school holidays and at Easter. There are many cycle tracks leading to either Nelson Bay (3km’s away) and to Fingal Bay (4km’s away) Bike hire is available in Shoal Bay. There are also a selection of beautiful walking tracks in the Tomaree National Park and to the summit of Tomaree Mountain which offers spectacular views over Port Stephens. and the Bay
The Apartment - Fitted with modern furnishings and situated in a prime location, this fully air conditioned apartment is the perfect place to spend your next Port Stephens holiday. The apartment offers an open plan living area with the lounge area offering a flat screen TV and a split air conditioning unit. Glass sliding doors lead out to a undercover balcony with outdoor furnishings and water views across the bay. The dining and kitchen areas make up for the rest of the living space with a modern well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and a large double door fridge.
The apartment provides two air conditioned bedrooms, the main bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, built in wardrobe and water views from the window. The second bedroom offers two single beds plus a trundle and built in robes.
The modern bathroom has a glass shower, vanity and toilet. There is an Internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Other features of this property include Wi-Fi, lift access and secure parking for one car.
