Location - The house is situated at lovely Fingal Bay just 200m from beach. The beach is surf patrolled, great for swimming for all ages. A lovely walk to the end of the beach brings you to the Fingal Spit that can be crossed at low tide with caution. There is great beach and rock fishing, walking and bike tracks through National Park, look out and picnic area’s at Barry’s Park just 300m away, restaurants, general store, take away and service station. Shoal Bay is just a short 3km drive or bike ride (along a lovely bike path) and Nelson Bay is 6km away.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
