The Space:
Situated in high up central Sea Point, this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a private balcony with uninterrupted sea views.
The modern living and dining areas are open plan to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with SMEG appliances and a Nespresso machine. The private balcony, which is accessed from the lounge via sliding doors has seating for 4 and a gas BBQ to enjoy the sunsets.
Down a short corridor, past a laptop-friendly work station, are the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a juliette balcony, with lovely sea views, a king size bed, TV, AC and a full open plan bathroom. The second bedroom also has a juliette balcony with looks towards the mountain, with a side view of Lion’s Head. This bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The second bathroom is separate and doubles up as a guest loo.
On the fourth floor of the block, there is a communal outdoor swimming pool and entertainment area open for guests to enjoy.
There is secure parking available inside the apartment block, along with lift access to the apartment.
