The villa’s large entertainment area with endless ocean views, is perfect for hosting intimate gatherings or relaxing with family and friends. You’ll also be able to take advantage of the private swimming pool and BBQ area, ideal for outdoor entertainment and soaking up the South African sunshine. The living area is open plan to the kitchen and dining area with huge glass windows allowing lots of light into the space. Additionally, an elevator is installed in the property, providing easy access to all areas of the villa. The backyard has two grass areas, a barbeque and dining seating. All the dining areas have seating for up to twelve people. The master bedroom on the main floor has a walk in closet, en-suite bathroom and juliette balcony. The second and third bedrooms are down the corridor, both have access to the backyard and are en-suite. Bedroom four is on the lower level close to the elevator and below the living room. It is also en-suite, has a private balcony with gate access up to the backyard and has it’s own kitchenette and separate entrance. The fifth bedroom is located under the master bedroom, also with it’s own private entrance and en-suite. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
