This incredible property boasts beautiful views of the sea and mountains from almost every room in the house. With a private pool, gym and fully off the grid system powering the entire villa, you can relax and enjoy your holiday without needing to leave this luxurious setting.
The Space:
This luxurious 5-bedroom villa has undergone an incredible renovation (completed October 2023) is truly spectacular, featuring a vast collection of international and local artists and paintings, making your stay a truly unique and inspiring experience. In addition, the property boasts an impressive array of amenities, including solar panels on the roof for backup electricity during periods of electricity outages. The state-of-the-art Solar Photovoltaic battery backup system installed to ensures that your holiday experience is not compromised or inconvenienced by power failures.
The villa’s large entertainment area with endless ocean views, is perfect for hosting intimate gatherings or relaxing with family and friends. You’ll also be able to take advantage of the private swimming pool and BBQ area, ideal for outdoor entertainment and soaking up the South African sunshine.
The living area is open plan to the kitchen and dining area with huge glass windows allowing lots of light into the space. Additionally, an elevator is installed in the property, providing easy access to all areas of the villa. The backyard has two grass areas, a barbeque and dining seating. All the dining areas have seating for up to twelve people.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a walk in closet, en-suite bathroom and juliette balcony. The second and third bedrooms are down the corridor, both have access to the backyard and are en-suite. Bedroom four is on the lower level close to the elevator and below the living room. It is also en-suite, has a private balcony with gate access up to the backyard and has it’s own kitchenette and separate entrance. The fifth bedroom is located under the master bedroom, also with it’s own private entrance and en-suite. This room does not have direct access into the house and is perfect for guests wanting additional privacy. The second and fifth bedrooms have access to outdoor showers.
For those who value fitness, the villa also features a fully equipped gym, ensuring that you can maintain your fitness routine while on vacation.

LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP
Almost the entire villa is powered by a state-of-the-art solar panel system. There is also a gas hob which allows you to still enjoy cooking meals during any stages of load shedding. There are only a few appliances not powered by this system: the interior lift, underfloor heating, air conditioners, geysers, dishwasher & laundry appliances.
HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Camps Bay is movie-set pretty with its palm-lined beach and backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, which forms part of Table Mountain. With restaurants, bars and clubs lining the buzzing Victoria Road, Camps Bay is a great setting for an unforgettable holiday.

The pool is a jewel of the house. We would like to ask you to treat it with care when using it and to observe the following rules for your own protection:
- Do not take glasses into the pool, use only plastic glassware to avoid possible cuts.
- Do not lean over the glass walls
- Do not stand on the pool benches to avoid the risk of slipping and injury
- Ensure that children in particular do not play or run around standing on the pool benches as there is a risk of slipping and falling off
- Do not go into the overflow pool
