The Location - Two beaches are close by, with dog friendly Bagnall Beach just 250 metres across the road and the popular, family friendly Dutchies Beach less than 400 metres walk away for calm water swimming. The centre of Nelson Bay for cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, a supermarket and the marina is only 1.3 kilometres. It is also adjacent to the Bartlett cycle way and pathway which boasts beautiful coastal scenery.
The Duplex - ’Pollys’ View,’ 117a Government Road is an architecturally designed property spanning four levels and with three balconies to take in the views or just chill. The living areas include separate lounge and family rooms with LED TV’s (and a powder room). The lounge has a 65 inch Smart TV with access to Foxtel, Netflix and a sound bar to wirelessly stream music. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for cooking enthusiasts, fitted with an induction cook top, multi function oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (limited pods supplied only) and a filtered drinking water system.
Three bedrooms, all with pillow top beds. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a tri bunk. Plus the main bathroom with a shower and bath, also a powder room off family room, an internal laundry with both a washer and dryer and lock up parking for two cars (driveway is on a slope). Add to this mutliple outdoor areas, all with lounges, and including a spacious balcony with mutli burner gas BBQ and outdoor suite. The second and third balconies offer water views looking across Port Stephens to Tea Gardens and the tree lined hills of Nelson Bay, and the landscaped courtyard has room for all, also with two dog kennels and a self-filling water bowl for your furry friends.
This property is pet friendly (outside pets only). Please note that the east coast of Australia is a paralysis tick area and we recommend applying precautions for paralysis tick to your dog (check with your vet). We do not recommend this property for toddlers or small children due to the stairs and balconies.
