Wonderful holiday home with gorgeous views and fabulous entertainment area, perfect for multi-generation family holidays.
The downstairs bedrooms (5&6) are self-contained units and accessed via an outdoor staircase, great for grandparents, an au-pair or teenagers needing their own privacy and space.

The Space:
This is a great holiday home with amazing views from a private deck and much of the interior.
The pool area shares the same views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lion’s Head.
The interior is modern and spacious and the 6 bedrooms are beautifully decorated.
The master bedroom is on the upper level of the villa and has a large en-suite bathroom and walk through cupboards.
Three further bedrooms are on the ground level, situated down a corridor off of the living area. One is en-suite and the other 2 smaller bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
