Driftwood Unit 4 is a modern waterfront Noosa apartment situated in a very convenient part of Noosa. Quamby Place restaurants are only a short walk away, along with an easy 15-minute stroll on the flat pathway to Noosa Main Beach and iconic Hastings Street.
This unit represents excellent value for families as it offers two levels of modern furnishings with ceiling fans, with the ground level offering a versatile floor plan with open plan dining, living, and kitchen areas and is complemented by an entertainment deck. The lounge area offers a wall-mounted Smart TV and free Wi-Fi where you can enjoy watching Foxtel. Air-conditioned loft area furnished with comfortable fold-out chairs and a Smart TV. This is an ideal room for some quiet reading time or to watch a favorite show on a streaming service.
The beautiful well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave. The dining area completes this space and features a 6-seater wooden dining table. The covered timber deck has outdoor furnishings and a barbecue area as a great place to relax with a lovely tropical inground pool. The north-facing decks extend from the living and master bedroom toward the Noosa River where you can swim or lazily cast linen.
There are two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 offers 1 Queen bed, a built-in robe, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a private ensuite.
Bedroom 2 offers 3 Single beds, a built-in robe, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
The family bathroom offers a shower, vanity, and toilet plus there is an extra toilet downstairs.
Other features of this great home are a full laundry facility with a washing machine and clothes dryer, and undercover parking for one car directly outside the apartment.
Please note that the Visitor parking space in the Driftwood Complex has a 6-hour time limit and cannot be used by guests of the unit - it can only be used by short-term visitors to the complex.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that ’check out’ is no later than 10.00 a.m. and ’check in’ is not before 3.00 p.m.
Notes: Boats cannot be moored at the Driftwood jetty, just drop on and off.
