Our majestic Villa Encantada is in beautiful Kissimmee, Florida, and close to several attractions being less than twenty minutes away from Walt Disney World and its attractions. This location is also close to Universal Studios, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, and the Providence Golf Course.
This amazing home will be able to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is the very definition of luxurious living while on vacation.
The beautiful Windsor Palms Resort is a gated community in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida and one of the closest properties to Walt Disney World. This lovely and private resort features an incredible Clubhouse, an Olympic sized swimming pool and lighted tennis courts. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
