Great location! This one-bedroom condo is conveniently located in the Cimarron Lodge, which is situated between Lift #7 and the San Miguel River.
Guests enter this second-floor condo from a stair-accessed exterior walkway. Inside the home, guests will find a large living space with a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a TV, Roku and DVD player. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffeemaker, toaster, Crockpot, microwave and everything needed to complete a meal at home. The adjacent dining room sits six with two additional stools at the breakfast bar.
The bedroom is located in the rear of the home and has a queen bed, TV, and views of the San Miguel River. The bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
