No matter what time of year, there’s always something exciting going on.*Home Truths:*- Pool heat is $150/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay.- Please note that pool heat is not available between May 1 and October 1.- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. Property Manager will reach out to coordinate these things after you’ve completed your booking.- Please note that the photos are not accurate to the furnishings of this home, but the layout is similar.- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.- The home is located within the Palm Springs airport flight paths. Please note the property is not near the airport itself. Most guests enjoy their stay without issue, though on some occasions this detail may be noted in reviews.Parking Details:- This home allows a maximum of 2 cars only. - 1 car fits comfortably in the garage- 2 cars fit in the driveway.- Please avoid parking in front of neighboring properties.This home comes with one pack n’ play travel crib and one highchair.---The room configuration is as follows:Primary Bedroom / King bedBedroom 2 / Full bed & bunk bedSleeper sofa---This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
