Set high on a Los Feliz hillside, Edendale rises across three light-filled stories built for a group that likes room to roam and a view worth waking up for. Sunlight moves through the open living spaces all day, and nearly every window frames the same reward: canyon ridgelines, palm-dotted streets, and the downtown skyline glinting in the distance.
The heart of the home is its indoor-outdoor flow. Three front-facing patios line the levels, each suited to a different mood — one for morning coffee as the city wakes, one for grilling and long al fresco dinners around the table, one for a sunset drink with the hills going gold. Inside, an open floor plan connects a designer living room anchored by a fireplace, a full kitchen with a large island and bar seating, and a dining area that seats the whole crew, so no one has to choose between cooking, lounging, and catching up.
When everyone wants to play, entertainment is tucked into every corner: foosball, a shuffleboard table, cornhole out on the deck, and a stack of board games for slower nights. Six bedrooms spread across the three levels give the group space to spread out, with several rooms opening to private balconies and those same layered views — so late arrivals and early risers each get their own quiet landing spot.
Los Feliz drops you into one of LA’s most livable pockets. Griffith Park and its observatory are a short drive up the road, the Greek Theatre sits just below, and the cafés, boutiques, and restaurants of Los Feliz Village are minutes away. Hollywood, Dodger Stadium, Silver Lake, and Echo Park are all within easy reach, and downtown glitters just past the ridgeline — close enough to feel connected, far enough to feel like your own retreat.
