The ski out access is just as amazing with a short ski to the Village Express and Elk Camp Gondola via Fanny Hill. 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms on 3 levels with spectacular views of the Snowmass ski area and the Elk Mountain range.
Enjoy the woodburning fireplace in the open living room with ample seating for the whole family. The dining area is located just off the living room and kitchen with comfortable seating for 8 plus additional seating at the bar area. Just off the dining area you will find a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Custom cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counters surround the updated kitchen and there is even a casual nook with views of Snowmass.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
