- At the moment the condo laundry is under renovation, making it impossible to use it.

- We offer 1 portable crib and bedding for it.

The apartment accommodates up to 2 people in a queen bed. We have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office and 55-inch Smart TV.

We also have air conditioning (cold and hot) at the whole appartment and high-speed WI-FI.

On the balcony, we have a bench to enjoy the external environment.

We provide one parking slot.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport) and a current selfie to register at the concierge and release access.
  • - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to the condominium rules.
  • - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
  • - No pets allowed.
  • - No smoking in the apartment.
  • - We provide one parking slot.
  • - There are no child safety net in the apartment.
  • - The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium, such as: swimming pool and gym.
  • - At the moment the condo laundry is under renovation, making it impossible to use it.
  • - We provide bed linen, bath towel and microfiber blanket.
  • - Visits only upon prior request and sending documents to Meu Anfitrião.
  • - A security deposit of R$ 1.000,00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
