Welcome to the Perfect Pocono retreat! Our home is recently renovated and has that modern touch while also maintaining the perfect Poconos vibe. Located inside of Arrowhead Lakes Community Association, our home is the ideal spot to getaway and relax!
Our 4-bedroom home has recently been renovated in order to make this the dream stay! Our fire pit area has seating for 8 around the fire and additional seating underneath another gazebo with comfortable seating.
Inside our home we have the perfect basement game room equipped with family favorites such as ping pong, foosball, basketball, and even a pool table! The washer and dryer are also located in the basement and are yours to use!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Additional Fees:
- Temporary community membership fees are mandatory for all guests. The guest must pay the fees prior to arrival. You will receive a link to pay after booking
- *Minimum age to book this property is 25*
- In Season/Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 15): $8 per person per day, $40 a week, $100 per month (1-6 months)
- Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14): $5 per person per day
- All guests 12 years and older must be counted and paid for.
- Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $15 per vehicle
- Transaction Fee: $20
- Registration Fee: $10
