The Home

Escape to the seaside in this epic family home, just minutes from the beach and seafront amusements! The kids won’t get bored, with Air Hockey and darts in the Games Room, and a large garden to play in. Neither will the adults: relax in the mini hot tub, settle down in the cosy living room, or cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen. We professionally clean the property, and provide toiletries, towels and hotel-quality bedding: all you need to worry about is winning the darts tournament! 1. Please read my cancelation policy under the cancelation section.

2. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable to pay a minimum fine of £250 and for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

3. Standard Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request with a minimal fee.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
