The loft offers a lovely vantage point of the lake and a comfortable spot to rest your head after a busy day of boating, swimming, and sunbathing. You will also enjoy a large beach and picnic area with beautiful views at the Ellacoya State Park, only about three miles west of the cottage on Rte. 11; bring your camera for those sunsets! The 30’ screened porch overlooking the water’s edge is the perfect spot for playing board games with family members, reading, doing crossword puzzles, and recharging from the hectic pace of everyday life. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
