Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • * No more than three cars in the driveway at any time
  • * Checkout 11 AM - If you require a late checkout please advise the property manager no less than one day before checkout
  • * No more than your guest count is permitted on the property without advance notice and approval from the leasing agent
  • * No parties, loud music, nudity, or exotic dancers permitted - this will result in immediate removal and loss of deposit
  • * No Illicit Party Paraphernalia (e.g. marijuana pipes, bongs, etc...)
  • * No pets of any kind are allowed, except Service Animals as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA
  • * No smoking cigarettes, no vaping, and no marijuana smoking inside the property (50% deposit withheld if the rule is broken)
  • * Swim at your own risk. There are NO lifeguards for pool / hot tub / open water.
