The Home
The villa is a beautiful property overlooking the lake obtained from an ancient barn.
It is divided into three floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room with a very comfortable corner sofa, a fireplace, dining room and a large separate kitchen equipped with all comforts, modern and elegant.
The garden is very large with a relaxing lake view: we have an outdoor table for aperitifs in the cool.
On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms: one double with TV, balcony and lake view, one single with balcony and lake view, and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds: two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
On the third and last floor, with an incredible view lgo, we find a third bed, with a French bed: access to this last bedroom consists of a rather narrow wooden staircase and not recommended for elderly people.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
