With far-reaching, uninterrupted views the property is thoughtfully set up for alfresco living with; a shared jacuzzi, a large outside kitchen and an outside dining area. Guests also enjoy shared use of a heated, outside swimming pool.
Inside, the contemporary interior enjoys an open plan living space furnished with a comfortable built-in seating area, a dining table and a large flat-screen, digital HD TV with satellite channels. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a breakfast bar for two, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and an American fridge freezer.

The property is located in the countryside outside the town of Trebnje (a 9-minute drive) in the Lower Carniola region of southeastern Slovenia. This area has amazing gastronomical diversity and provides excellent opportunities for nature-related pursuits including cycling and hiking. The rural setting provides total relaxation, but for visitors who wish to explore there are various options. The Slovenian capital Ljubljana is a one-hour drive away or guests can take a trip to Ptuj (a one-hour 10-minute drive) to discover the oldest wine cellar and the oldest Slovenian wine.
Wine lovers will also enjoy a visit to Rajhenburg Castle (a 36-minute drive) which has a gallery dedicated to wine and Maribor, which boasts the oldest grapevine in the world and is approximately a one-hour drive away. Wine enthusiasts can also take tours throughout the Lower Carniola region, tasting locally produced Cviček wine.
The intersection of the Sava and Krka Rivers, known as the Thermal Riviera is only a 30-minute drive away and home to Terme Čatež Spa one of the country’s largest natural thermal springs.
