This luxurious maisonette spread over two floors comfortably sleeps four. The medieval building gives way to a modern interior which features two bright and airy bedrooms overlooking the harbour and coast. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and washing machine, this opens to the large dining table seating six. The attractive living space seats up to four people with a flat-screen TV, WIFI and large French windows that lead out onto a private terrace. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs that seat four and charcoal for a meal in the moonlight or just to relax in the sun. The villa is well located just a stone’s throw from Mgarr Harbour in the Chambray Fort. The complex itself features two magnificent communal swimming pools, perfect to keep the children occupied....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
