The modern, renovated house is located on the most beautiful part of the Slovenian coast - the Ankaran Peninsula, which is one of the most valuable areas of Slovenian Istria. The house is in a great location with a beautiful panoramic view of the Bay of Koper and Trieste. With a Mediterranean climate and all-day sun, a beautifully maintained garden, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, this house is a complete oasis of peace. Kids also have their own part of the garden to play and socialize at various games. The house is fully airconditioned and there is a dedicated office space. The nearest beaches are a few minutes drive or a 15 minute walk along a well-maintained hiking trail away. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for cycling, walking, shopping, great restaurants with local delicacies and many cultural and historical monuments. Please note that tourist tax is to be paid on spot: 2€/day/person

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
