The villa benefits from all modern conveniences including high-speed internet, a large flat-screen TV, and a modern fully-equipped kitchen.
There is a a wonderful outdoor covered seating area (overlooking the swimming pool) - a great space to relax and unwind during your holiday, while enjoying views towards the mountains and sea.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Optional services:
- Late check-in fee (20:00 - 23:00): 50 EUR per booking.
- Baby high chair: 5 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 5.
- Late check-in fee (23:00 - 01:00): 100 EUR per booking.
- Beach towels: 4 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 12.
- Chef Service - quote on request: 150 EUR per person per day.
- Crib: 5 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 5.
- Airport Transfer - quote on request: 100 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 4 days.
- - Check-in schedule:
- From 01-02 to 12-24: everyday, from 16:00 to 20:00.
- From 12-26 to 12-30: everyday, from 16:00 to 20:00.
- - Check-out time: 10:00.
- - Pets are not allowed.
