Villa Precioso enjoys the most extraordinary views from its lofty position slightly inland from the main resorts of both Calpe and Moraira. The key focal point of the villa here is the huge pool terrace with its beautifully dreamy views over this coastal area, the blue of the Mediterranean and the horizon beyond. Much of the front of the villa is glass fronted from floor to ceiling making the most of these spectacular views. You also have an outside lounge area and dining area plus a couple of awnings that wind out allowing you to enjoy the views from a shady, peaceful, relaxed spot.
