Vineyard Cottage is a stylish, comfortable home that overlooks a picturesque vineyard yet is only a few minutes’ walk to the river. This unique and eclectic cottage is comprised of two separate buildings that are connected by this lovely open-air atrium with a hot tub. It’s basically a great room with a perfect view of the stars. The cozy living room and kitchen are in one building. Walk through the enclosed patio to reach the bedrooms and bathroom. The living room includes an adorable wood stove that makes for the perfect cozy evening. The compact kitchen includes everything you need for preparing fabulous meals to accompany the day’s wine discoveries. The eat-in dining area is part of the kitchen, and has a view out to the open-air patio. Lots of light and windows make all the spaces at Vineyard Cottage extra appealing. The private front patio has great outdoor furniture for relaxing. THINGS TO KNOW -Please be aware that the Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, and that many homes are on hills and some have many stairs. If either of these factors could be an issue for you, please discuss your concerns with us before booking a home. -Docks, river access, and watercraft (if applicable) are seasonal. Please contact us for details on availability. This home does not have AC. -Maximum occupancy is six guests. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
