Fire up the barbecue for a delicious meal, then relax in the spacious living area after a fun-filled day exploring the valley floor. This property is located on the western boundary of Yosemite National Park, so you can hike directly into the park from the front door. It’s situated one mile south of the Chinquapin intersection of Wawona Road and Glacier Point Road, at an altitude of 5,100-6,300 feet. Tunnel View is a 15-minute drive from the house, and there is a hiking trail 30 feet away from the driveway. For larger groups, this condo can be rented together with Oso Lodge upstairs. Things to Know During the winter months (affected months vary upon on the weather), all patio items are stored away. The grill will also not be available during this time. The entrance to this rental is located down the stairs to the left of the home. The WiFi can be spotty due to the mountain location, and guests may experience occasional outages or slower speeds. Guests should not rely on the internet service for streaming services or working from home. This home is located inside the Yosemite National Park gates, and staying here provides you with access to Yosemite National Park (no additional reservation needed!). However, guests will still need to pay to enter the gates. Frequent power outages we do not offer compensation for this, please be prepared No dog(s) are welcome in this home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
