Mairy’s is a sweet 120 sq.m. villa located on the magical south coast of Crete island. Surrounded by olive trees is ideally located just 5km from the beautiful south coast beaches with their famous crystal clear waters.
The villa is on the ground floor and has a comfortable living room and an adjacent open-plan modern kitchen. There are two double-bed bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living room and two showers/WC. On the exteriors, there is a private swimming pool in the middle of the enclosed garden and a BBQ.
The location is perfect for various scenic drives, excursions, and visits to a big variety of beautiful beaches. The villa is located just 6km from the famous Plakias area with its unlimited tourist attractions, fish taverns, bars, shops, and nightlife.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- - Towels are changed every 3 days.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
