Apartment is on the first floor of this newly-renovated quadplex. You will find the kitchen stocked with the essential tools for everyday cooking needs, and the bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a coin-operated wash and dryer in the lower level, which you will have direct access to from the apartment.
Guests have access to the entire first-floor apartment, shared coin-operated laundry room, and shared patio. Access to the apartment is limited only to registered guests. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
Located in "Old Seminary Square", a historical district in the heart of Covington, walkable to all the bars and restaurants and Mainstrasse is only 4 blocks away.
Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
